Yay, first! Thanks for the release!
Well most of that is hex... starts out as "Fuck land, I'm on a boat..." second paragraphs breaks away from hex, using triple digit numbers for something... then it goes back to hex, presumably to end with talking about climbing buoys o.O
The first line is hex (
"Fuck land, I'm on a boat..."). The first 12 numbers in the second line are decimal ("Fuck trees, "). The rest of the second line is hex ("I climb buoys..."). You get the words by converting them to ASCII. Interestingly, sirC uses carriage return instead of line feed to separate the lines.
The text is a reference to the song "I'm on a boat" by The Lonely Island. In the song, the word following each ellipses is "motherfucker".

The answer is simple anon, sometime close to the beginning of August, the man we know as SirC became lost in time and space.
What we are now engaging is not a man at all, but the fractions of his mind that fused with his computer during the incident. They loyally toil night and day to keep the site running while their master is away, so that when he returns all will be as it once was.
A more faithful creature I have never before seen, remarkable.

I have more than a hundred blogs subscribed in Google Reader and it's very convenient, mainly because I can download releases before moralfags or rightholders have a chance to have them taken down.
A year ago sirC was asking if anyone had access to a good scan of the Boys Empire tankobon. I found one. It doesn't have anything that hasn't been translated before aside from 3 pages with Ikki's sister naked at the end.

To the anon who posted the BE tankobon, thanks man! I noticed another difference in your tank that I found very interesting. In the second episode of BE #8, "Clinic Aide", the scene's ending plays out differently from SirC's original. I don't know the first thing about kanji, but it looks like Makato gets started with Akiko while Ikki almost jumps Mizumura.
I've always kinda wished Makato let Ikki go at it with Hitomi in that scene, and I wonder where this alternate ending comes from!
Also, to the anon who asked about Juan Gotoh's safety, here's a quote from his website:

Since SirC works as fast as a dead slug, I think it's about time we asked other, more reliable groups. Also, someone removed all the Mochi / Undead Princess on e-hentai.
To the anon above: You do realize that "Undead Princess" was a commission, don't you? You're making a rather big and unsubstantiated assumption, i.e. that someone has paid for having the subsequent chapters translated.
Also, the galleries at EH are all still there. Just FYI, "pining for fjords" is different than "removed".
As much as I'd like to see more, I can't seem to find any Comic MASYO scans for 2011. Does anybody know what the deal is?
Additionally, I wonder if sirC will do the first chapter at the beginning of Gotoh's most recent compilation, Doutei Jirushi, which contains all of the other 2010 works that sirC already translated.
